Giveaway Rules & Disclaimer
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Homeowner must reside within Wakulla or Leon County.
- One entry per household.
Entry Rules
- All required fields on the entry form must be completed (name, address, phone, tank make/model, and picture of current water heater).
- Entries missing required information will not be considered.
- Deadline for entry is November 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
Winner Selection
- Winner will be determined by Mariner Plumbing based on submission of the oldest and ugliest water heater.
- Mariner Plumbing reserves the right to verify age and condition of the water heater before awarding the prize.
- Winner will be notified.
Prize Details
- Prize includes a standard water heater and standard installation only.
- Additional work (such as code upgrades, relocation, or unforeseen plumbing/electrical modifications) may incur extra charges.
- No cash value, substitutions, or transfers of the prize allowed.
Publicity Release
- By entering, participants grant Mariner Plumbing permission to use their name, submitted photo, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.
General
- Mariner Plumbing reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time.
- Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
